Introduction of triple-eccentric two-way sealed Butterfly valve:


Butterfly Valve is widely used in morden industry due to its small size, light weight, small flow resistance, open flexibility, easy installation and easy maintenance. Especially the successful development of three-eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve overcomes the weakness of closed lax and poor sealing performance for normal butterfly valve which improves the application and development of butterfly valve rapidly. Using butterfly valve to replace the Gate valve and globe valve on some devices is becoming the development tendency. It has been widely recognized that the advantage of open flexibility, sealing reliability and long serving life for three-eccentric butterfly valve. two-way sealing allows media to flow in two direction, easy for installation.






Advantage of our triple-eccentric butterfly valve:


a. the sealing surface is one oblique cone flat. When the valve close, the sealing ring`s internal stress take effect, similar as a wedge squeezes in. The sealing property is good as using large seal between valve plate and valve seat.


b. during valve open and close process, as the eccentric principle, there is no theoretical friction among the sealing surface. Meanwhile, when non linear angle change of sealing surface scratched by silt medium washing, it can be compensated by internal stress to extend the valve service life.


c. sealing surface of valve seat raise upward, so that the solid matter is not easy to gather.


d. two-way sealable(pressure direction have difference)
