Low Pressure Double Flange Exhaust Butterfly valve : 
Structure: Origin of three-eccentric: three-eccentric Butterfly Valve derives from the structure of double-eccentric butterfly valve. Double-eccentric butterfly valve structure: First eccentric: turning center of valve rod does not fall on seal face but on left side; Second eccentric: turning center of valve body does not fall on runner center but on upper side and there is a eccentric distance; While tree-eccentric butterfly valve add one more eccentric which is oblique tapered seal face, called cone angle eccentricity. Which position the cone angle eccentricity falls on that is very important. If mishandled the eccentric distance, it will cause interference for valve body seal face and seal face of valve plate seal ring during valve plate opening and closing. If better, it will cause damage of the seal face. If worse, the valve could not open or close. The cone angle eccentricity of three-eccentric butterfly valve has linkage relationship with Other two eccentric. It’s not independent constitution. Three-eccentric Seal Ring Seal ring of eccentric valve is important part which determines the butterfly valve performance. Outside of the seal ring is oblique cone surface whose angle variation is non-linear which determines valve seal ability. Seal ring of three-eccentric butterfly valve is made by asbestos board or graphite sandwiched between metal plate ( it is called composite material seal ring ). Asbestos is cancerogenic substance which will be ineffective by media flushing. There are 3 kinds of asbestos: XB450, XB350 and XB250. The organic binders could not be over 300℃. The binder will be ineffective if temperature surpass the standard. Each layer of seal ring will leak. The valve will leak finally.
