Description: Slow closing check valve is a kind of intelligent valve, which is  installed at pump outlet of water supply system of high-rise buildings or Other water supply systems to prevent media from backward flowing, water hammer and water attack phenomena. This kind of valve has all functions of three devices, electric driven valve, non-return valve and water hammer eliminator; which guarantees the safe and reliable running of water supply systems effectively and integrates the technical theories of slow opening, fast closing and slow closing for elimination of water hammer phenomena and thus avoids occurrence of water hammer when pump starting to work or stop running. Operator just need to operate the power on or off button on the electric motor and then the valve will open or close automatically according to pump operating regulations, large flow, little pressure loss.   Detailed information:
1) DN20-800mm 2) End connection: flanged or wafer 3) Actuator: handle, air operated, power driven, hydraulic control 4) Working pressure: 1.0, 1.6, 2.5Mpa 5) Media temperature: 0-80°C   Features:  1. smooth open and close  2. easy maintenance 3. water hammer elimination 4. reliable performance 5. large flow with little pressure loss 6. long service life.   Structural characteristics and applications: 300X slow close check valve is made up of main valve, one-way valve, needle valve, ball valve, tiny filter and pressure meter. It uses hydraulic power to operate automatically and achieve main valve to the best open or close rapid in order to prevent occurrence of water hammer and finally attain the effectiveness of slow closing and noise elimination.    This product uses hydraulic power to operate and does not need other devices or energy, easy for maintenance, smooth open and slow closing.   Working principle: When water comes from the inlet end, it first flows into the main control chamber through tiny filter, needle valve and one-way valve. Then it drains to the downstream through ball valve. As opening of needle valve is smaller than that of ball valve, in other words, the outlet discharge velocity of main valve chamber is faster than the water inlet speed at intake. Therefore, pressure of the main valve chamber will be reduced and the inlet pressure acted on the downward end of main valve disc will open the main valve and water supply to the downstream.
