 JD745X electric water valve Flow Control Valve  is a kind a of smart valve, which is installed at outlet location of water pump in the water supply system of high-rise buildings and Other water supply systems to prevent from media flowing backwards, occurrence of water hammer. This kind of valve has 3 functions of electric valve, non-return valve and water hammer eliminator and thus could improve the stafty reliability of water supply system effectively and unifies the technical principle of slow opening, fast closing and slow closing to eliminate water hammer preventing occurrence of water hammer when starting and stopping operation of water pump. The valve could complete its starting and stopping operation accoring to the operating procedures of water pump just by operating the starting and stopping button of water pump motor, high flow capactiy and low pressue loss.     Structural features:   The product is composed of main valve, Regulating valve and pipe connection system. Valve body is straight-flow body. Main control chamber is diaphragm or piston double-control chamber structure. There is one more control chamer than that of common Hydraulic control valve and which thus improves the control function to main valve and realizes the multi-functional control of water pump such as slow starting, full opening, slow stopping, closing, etc. and finally realized multi-functional control to the outlet of water pump by one valve and one time regulation.       Pipe connecting system of the product is controlled by regulating valve. By setting opening of regulating valve, various controlling parameters needed could be reached easily, such as opening rate and slow closing rate of main valve, etc.     Working principle   When water pump starting its operation, water pressure acting on the bottom of the main valve disc and lower cavity of control chamer and which makes the main valve open and water in the upper cavity of the control chamber flow slowly to the oulet end via regulating valve B and main valve open slowly. Appropriate opening rate of the main valve could be reached by setting the opening rate of regulating valve. After water pump stopping operation, water pressure at inlet end decreases rapidly, under the action of self-weight and pressure from spring, most opening of valve closes rapidly to prevent from water flowing backwards. The remaining opening closes slowly under the combined effect of water pressure from upper and lower cavities. Slowing down of closing rate is a kind of buffering effect and preventing from pressure increasing dramatically.   Working characteristics: 1. good performance in preventing water hammer, utified water hammer eliminating technology such as slow opening, return stopping, rapid closing, slow closing, etc.. 2. Easy operation, without separate electricity control system for valve, valve completing its control function automatically and in turn along with starting and stopping operation of water pump, appropriate control parameters could be reached by setting opening of regulating valve. 3. The design for valve body is full-channel, straight-flow and streamlining design, low loss of water power, good energy-saving.     Proper opening and closing rate of valve could be reached by setting the opening and opening ratio of regulating valve A and B.
