It is a comprehensive supplier, specialized in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling of valve and lost foam casting. Our company has advanced technology, superior equipments and acquires 14 national patents. Our main products are flywheel housing of automobiles, tri-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve, HTHP butterfly valve, check valve, soft-sealed sluice valve, ball valve, etc. and we have passed the certification of TS verification, Casting admission, ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000. we invested 160,000,000RMB in first phase of lost foam casting project, which already went into operation in 2009. We are regular supplier of a famous motor Corporation, several famous engine Companies and we have developed high-strength and thin-wall flywheel product successfully for them. Additionally, we developed many high accuracy casting parts for many valve manufacturers. The produced valve casting parts are applied into various valve production, such as Butterfly valve, check valve,etc. We have strong technology R&D team, cooperating with Material Department of Zhengzhou University and set up university-enterprise cooperation mechanism and obtain three patents.
